The work, and what it's done

A page of evidence rather than promises. One flagship partnership, the people I've worked with in their own words, and the standing behind it all.

In practice: Community Bank Hervey Bay

A community-owned bank set out to grow by building real community presence, not just brand awareness. Over twelve months we designed and delivered a sequenced community program, anchored by a $200,000 AUD community grants fund and part of $470,000 in total community investment announced on the day, open to local charities, sporting clubs and community groups across the Fraser Coast. More than forty organisations applied, and the program was unveiled at the bank's 20th anniversary Community Showcase, a public celebration that drew around 1,000 people.

Six months into a twelve-month program, the bank's community presence and goodwill across the region has been measurably transformed.

$200,000 distributed · 40+ local organisations · around 1,000 at the Showcase

In their words

Lizzie created a personalised roadmap tailored to my goals. The steps were clear, practical and easy to implement, and I quickly started seeing growth across my business. Then she walked alongside me as I put it into action, refining and expanding the vision, including into new regions. I’m now confidently taking the next steps on my own, thanks to the tools and guidance she gave me.
— Kylie Hunt, Founder, BiziWomen Connect
The roadmap and the plan are what made it worth it. There’s such clarity afterwards, and real movement forward. You don’t come home thinking, now I have to work out what to do. We hit the ground running.
— Stephanie Ford, Founder, Action Forward
I never lacked motivation. What I lacked was direction. Where do I go first, what do I do next. What I got was clarification, direction and focus.
— Wendy House, Founder, Inspired Creative Living Art Therapy
