One focused session to get clear on what your business needs next, and what to do about it.
Not every piece of work needs to begin with a full roadmap. Sometimes what you need is to sit down with someone who can see the whole picture, think it through with you, and work out where to put your attention. That is what a Strategy Session is for.
How it works
Before we meet, you will work through a set of considered pre-session questions. This means we do not spend the session getting up to speed, we spend it on the thinking that matters. The groundwork is already done by the time we sit down.
The session
Sixty minutes, one to one. We look at where your business or organisation sits right now, what is getting in the way, and what the next right move looks like. You bring the situation. I bring the questions, the structure and a clear head.
What you walk away with
A written report capturing what we covered, where you are, and the one or two things that matter most right now
The options in front of you, and the trade-offs in each
A practical next step you can act on, not a document to file away
Who it's for

The investment
$399 for the session, including the pre-work and your written report. If you go on to a full Strategic Roadmap, the $399 comes off the roadmap in full, so nothing is lost by starting here.
