If life throws you a curveball and you need to cancel, we offer full refund minus $250 admin fee if you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat, 50% refund for 60-90 days before, and no refund less than 60 days out (though you can transfer your spot to someone else or apply the full payment to our 2027 retreat).

We'll send a detailed packing list closer to the retreat, but think comfortable casual clothing for the sessions, something nice for the Saturday evening Illumina experience, swimmers for the pool, walking shoes if you'd like to explore, and layers for the evenings. October on K'gari is beautiful, usually warm days and pleasant evenings.
